This unique mat features an anti-slip back on one side and microfiber fleece on the other making it ideal for Bikram and Hot Yoga routines that require additional cushioning and support. With a thickness of 0.25" / 6mm, this mat will protect your hands, knees and back while offering sweat-absorbency in humid and wet conditions. The mat also comes with a carry strap.

Care & Cleaning

Wipe the mat with a cloth dipped in soap suds or laundry powder solution. Rinse with water and wipe the mat with towel or cloth.

Can also add a Hot Yoga towel over the mat which can easily be machine-washed for added convenience.
